Job Description
- Support customers implementing company products and projects,
- Receive customer or complaints calls through phone, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel
- Create tickets on behalf of the client
- Carry out first level support of answering customer issues
- Increase customer satisfaction through proper explanation or proper tickets closure
- Ability to work in shifts (night shifts for example or during week-ends remotely if required)

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Good administrative skills
- Excellent knowledge of Ubuntu
- Basic MYSQL knowledge
- Professional communication skills
- Strong verbal and written in both English and Arabic
