Job Description
- Continuously follows all safety, cleanliness and hygiene rules
- Ensures that all safety and hygiene rules are constantly respected by all production personnel
- Ensures before every start-up that the line clearance procedure is applied and that the correct materials for the new batch are in the machine/beside the workers
- Ensures that specified and approved production conditions in order to achieve product specifications are maintained
- Verifies the produced items according to the specs during start-up and informs Quality Control in order to approve the start-up
- Informs the Supply Chain & Production Manager about any necessary repairs and technical incidents on the lines
- Supervise the production team and lead them in the day to day tasks
- Prepares the shift reports including all required information (personnel, machine counters, packed items, breakdowns etc.)
- Ensures that the required level of housekeeping is constantly followed
- Timely inform the Quality Inspector for any against production findings that have an impact on the product quality
- Continuously adheres to the procedures and work instructions
Job Requirements
- Males are preferable
- Food packaging background
- Proper Education certificate (medium or high)
- English basics
- Good communication and Supervising skills
- Well organized
- Very good knowledge with MS Office package
