Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic communication officer who can work in our premises in mid Cairo

Job role will include but not limited to:

  • Connecting with suppliers on daily basis through phone and whats app
  • Arranging pay out for different vendors and settling the books
  • Communicating with the customers for feed back and confirming order details
  • Documenting the work flow through communication tools
  • Follow up with the operation manager to insure all the orders are delivered in timely manner
  • Develop support and promote company goals including message development, social media content creation and media outreach.

Job Requirements

  • College graduate
  • Eager to learn
  • Responsive to emails and online communications
  • Adequate knowledge in word Docx, Excel , and preferably date entry
  • Call center experience is an added value
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers and work with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor degree in a related discipline is a plus
  • Good command in English
  • Lives in an area served by the metro will be preferred
