Job Description
- Provide customers with all required information related to the company products and services with Delighting them with a superior customer service
- Listen to customers, assess their needs, and then advise them on the best options for them
- Proactively identify and act on cross-sell opportunities for each customer
- Answer customer questions regarding their current problems to ensure their concerns are heard, understood, and resolved appropriately
- Execute the sales process with precision to ensure the highest conversion of new customers
- Offer quality products and services from our trusted brand to consumers over the phone
- Cultivate sustainable relationships with our customers
- Exceed our customer's expectations by listening and providing accurate information to fulfill their needs

- Responding to and initiating contact with customers via live chat or telephone calls
- Reading the needs of customers and adjusting behaviors rapidly to maximize service and sales efficiently
- Following up with customer inquiries via telephone and live chat platforms
- Prioritizing and achieving multiple tasks, establishing and meeting deadlines
- Adhere to customer support department policies and procedures
- Implement high quality standards of support for customers through exceeding all KPI’s threshold.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling

- Required to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
