Job Description

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute (e.g. letters, emails)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external meetings
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
  • Distribute incoming mail
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems
  • Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
  • Make sure to pay office bills on time
  • Make sure to be available in your desk during working hours
  • Observe office boy daily duties
  • Handing outdoor tasks

Job Requirements
