Job Description
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Distribute (e.g. letters, emails)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external meetings
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Distribute incoming mail
- Manage and order office supplies
- Organize company documents into updated filing systems
- Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
- Make sure to pay office bills on time
- Make sure to be available in your desk during working hours
- Observe office boy daily duties
- Handing outdoor tasks
