Job Description

  • Insure all clients’ communications at the optimum level that secures client satisfaction.
  • Secure all client requests are done within the company policies.
  • Follow up with the departments for pending issues or information required as production, logistics, accounts and purchasing.
  • Handle daily problems by referring to the client or through the team experience.
  • Checking correspondents and client’s requests and distributing data to the related internal departments.
  • Prepare reports to monitor the different execution status of the international client’s order compared to the forecasted one.
  • Receiving orders from customers by courier and doing the internal release of the print orders to the different departments.
  • Sending required advances copies to clients.
  • Doing/revising the prices for the titles that shipped to all major clients assigned.
  • Follow up the overdue payments for the international clients.
  • Production progress sheet to major clients requiring that service from the company.
  • Ensuring and enforcing quality standards as per the company policies and procedures.
  • Updating sales document as per FSC standards
  • Establishing a register of FSC product group.
  • Establishing Volume Credit Account record register of FSC product group.
  • Identifying non-compliance and taking the corrective actions.
  • Implementing Part Vi for “Sales & delivery – Invoicing and transport documentation (FSC-STD-40-004 V2-0 D2-0 EN, FSC standard for a chain of custody certification

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 2-5 Years (experience in Client service is an asset/preferable)
  • Excellent Command of English is a must.
  • Excellent computer skills & excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel is a must).
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
