Job Description

Job Summary

  • To strategize, lead and direct the Production, Maintenance, Product development , QC ,Purchasing, Planning and Warehouses activities of the Production related sectors and departments to ensure that the customer demands are met as per the Company quality standards; in due time at best cost.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company and its staff in meeting objectives, and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.
  • Directs, plans, and implements policies, objectives, and activities of the organization or businesses to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, and to increase productivity.
  • Sets the yearly objectives to Production, Maintenance, Product development, QC, Purchasing, Planning and Warehouses Departments, and reviews actual on periodical basis to ensure meeting the Company's objectives.
  • Compiles the policies and procedures of the different department and ensure compliance of all individuals, while supervise and follow-up its update.
  • Reviews and approves the annual plans and budgets for the overseen functions (Production, Maintenance, Product development, QC, Purchasing, Planning and Warehouses) ensuring the availability of the sufficient recourses to achieve the set objectives.
  • Reviews and approves the periodical Production reports ensuring availability of the finished product on time and meeting the customer requirements.
  • Reviews and approves the periodical Purchasing reports ensuring that the company procures its materials, goods and services promptly, within budgeted costs and as per the relevant quality standards.
  • Reviews and approves the periodical Maintenance reports regarding the production and the plant’s facilities ensuring their implementation as per the agreed plan.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Education/Training:
  • B.S.c in Mechanical Engineering / Agricultural Engineering, MBA is preferred.
  • Must have Fluent English and Computer Skills
  • Previous Experience:
  • Not less than 15 years of experience with a at least 5 years in a similar managerial position in a relevant industry
