Job Description
- Maintaining desktop PCs, laptops & peripherals (printers, scanners), shared folders & taking regular data backups.
- Maintaining the computer networks: switches, wireless connectivity, Internet..etc.
- Provide service desk & performing troubleshooting activities for computer users on Hardware: Desktops and Laptops, USB modems, Printers and on Software: Windows OS, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,...) – installing Windows OS and software if needed.
- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve incidents & problems.
- Verifying up-to-date Antivirus status or manually update the Antivirus on all computers using offline updates.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and actions taken, or installation activities.
- Ensures that all safety regulations are respected.
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with ERP implementation projects is an asset.
