Job Description
- Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records, data, and pricing in the system.
- Execution of Scheduled supplier’s visits and conduct competitor survey.
- Execution of all regular purchasing duties.
- Coordinate with other departments and suppliers in the purchasing applications and the execution of it.
- Assist in managing and monitoring ongoing orders and its delivery from suppliers and notify the Purchasing Manager about and complex cases.
- Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts and reviewing it with the purchasing manager.
- Coordinate with suppliers or Fleet Supervisor to ensure on-time delivery if something shipped to store in a specific area or region.
- Responsible for the preparation and process of purchasing orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to the organization on time.
- Prepare a report about inventory levels of materials or products and send it to Purchasing Manager.
- Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in business.
- At least 1-3 years of purchasing experience.
- Good Microsoft Office skills
