Job Description
- Managing the company " Business wise and employees relation" and working on the business progress cycle.
- Will be responsible for business development, Overseeing Operation and projects management, marketing management.
- Responsible about the technical development department and following up with them ".Net Software Technology"
- Working on all channels can upgrade the whole company departments
- Dealing with the whole governmental entities " Insurance , Banks , Tax , etc "
- Always working on the upcoming 5 years company plan
Job Requirements
- 15 years Experience with proven track of Software House Team Management
- B.Sc in IT Engineering or Computer Science or Similar degree
- MBA is must
- Able to plan to create and deliver business plans within budgeted capital and targets
- Able to coordinate with different departments, teams and maintain annual growth rates across the country
- Residents near Cairo are preferred.
- Certified TOGAF is preferred
- Previous solid experience as a General Manager is software house is a MUST
