Job Description
- Be able to explain the apps clearly
- Network pharmacies expansion.
- Respond to phone, email and chat inquiries from clients
- Scan new sign ups
- Conduct customer on-boarding and experience calls
- Manage incoming orders and flagged cases
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about service .
- Follow up the orders with the customers and the pharmacy
Job Requirements
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- You have strong PC skills and good typing skills.
- You are organized accurate and professional.
- Promptness, reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- You can communicate clearly in written and spoken.
