Job Description

Job Objective

  • The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Making bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Organizing and managing events.
  • Assisting in the initial set up phase of the company.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced computer skills - Professional use of computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry would be an advantage.
  • Fluent language skills (verbal and written) in the Arabic and English language.
  • Demonstrated management and organizational skills.
