Job Description
Job Objective
- The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Making bookings and travel arrangements.
- Organizing and managing events.
- Assisting in the initial set up phase of the company.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
Job Requirements
- Advanced computer skills - Professional use of computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry would be an advantage.
- Fluent language skills (verbal and written) in the Arabic and English language.
- Demonstrated management and organizational skills.
