Job Description
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform and execute budgets.
- Monitor and control deviations.
- Perform comparative analysis report at different levels of reporting.
- Perform periodical controls and audits to ensure policies and procedures are in place.
- Assists in the day to day activities.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
- Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product.Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
- Build business financial forecasting
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Facilitate and provide information to Accounts Department for accrued invoices at a required frequency.

- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Provide technical support and advice on Management accountant
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures

- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly cash flow report and ensure the company meets cash flow targets
- Prepare weekly and monthly AR report
- Prepare weekly revenue against budget
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by Finance Manager
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- Education: BSC. Accounting
- Years of experience: 5 years working experience with 2 years in a senior accountant role
- Computer skills: Excellent in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and very familiar with Accounting ERPs
- Language skills: English (Excellent- Fluent)
- Experience in leading an accounts team is a plus
- Track record of managing a high volume of data
- Experience in the industry of Internet/Online Classified/E-Commerce is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups, pivot tables, and formulas
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Team-player
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
