Job Description

  • Handling the Client’s needs of our services which is warehousing, transportation and Custom clearance.
  • Handling the Clients’ complaints.
  • Responsible for handling the offers and contracts between the company and our clients and finalize the signatures of our contracts.
  • Follow up the process of the “Purchasing Requests”.
  • Organize and arrange the meetings between Company and Clients.
  • Responsible for the “Mobile costs” for the department’s use.
  • Provide “translation services” if needed in the contracts of clients.
  • Provide the filing process for any paper works.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree in management or any related field.
  • Experience: From “1-3 “ Years of Experience in the Administration field.
  • Gender: Females only.
  • Maximum age 28.
  • Excellent or Fluent in English.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Good Negotiation Skills.
  • Dynamic, Hard worker.
  • Detailed-oriented and Organized person.
