Job Description
- Handling the Client’s needs of our services which is warehousing, transportation and Custom clearance.
- Handling the Clients’ complaints.
- Responsible for handling the offers and contracts between the company and our clients and finalize the signatures of our contracts.
- Follow up the process of the “Purchasing Requests”.
- Organize and arrange the meetings between Company and Clients.
- Responsible for the “Mobile costs” for the department’s use.
- Provide “translation services” if needed in the contracts of clients.
- Provide the filing process for any paper works.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in management or any related field.
- Experience: From “1-3 “ Years of Experience in the Administration field.
- Gender: Females only.
- Maximum age 28.
- Excellent or Fluent in English.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Good Negotiation Skills.
- Dynamic, Hard worker.
- Detailed-oriented and Organized person.
