Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include support to ensure efficient operation of the office and support of the managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to departments or individuals including but not limited to data entry, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Job Requirements
- Female
- Bachelor degree required
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook is a must
- Excellent command of English is a must
