Job Description
- Studying company profile to understand our marketing needs.
- Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends.
- Analyze market trends seeking new opportunities.
- Developing and implementing a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget.
- Prepare detailed marketing plans.
- Advise on branding, positioning, communications and other marketing issues.
- Managing all Social Media channels and advising which one had higher ROI for our industry.
- Supervising content writing and design for all social media channels and online presence including our website.
- Analyze our competitors, their marketing and promotional activities
- Oversee implementation of design, content, and deployment of all marketing materials.
- Building, coaching and supervising our Tele Marketing Team.
- Responsible for new team members onboarding and training.
- Communicating sales goals and marketing KPIs to team members.
- Responsible for the Tele Marketing team targets and KPIs.
- Responsible for all Marketing Events.
- Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.
- Using a CRM system to ensure all team activities is documented.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 2-4 years of experience, preferred in an IT service provider company.
- Strong knowledge in Social Media and Digital Marketing is a must.
- Experience in Event organization is a plus.
- Experience in Google Adwords is a plus.
- Females only.
- Good command in English.
- Excellent computer user.
- High levels of creativity.
- Strong Leadership and Communications skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
