Job Description
- We’re looking for a self-starter who has the ability to work independently.
- The coordinator will be responsible for maximizing our occupancy through sales techniques and outstanding customer service, maintaining an extraordinary sense of co-working community at all, running the day-to-day operations of the space, developing creative local marketing strategies, and planning engaging new members or groups.
Responsibilities include
- Facilitating outstanding customer service through creating a warm and welcoming environment
- Resolve member issues with professionalism and patience
- Devise and execute local marketing strategies to generate leads
- Conduct sales tours to execute on sales strategy and maintain high occupancy
- Overseeing and executing daily office operations
- Building valuable partnerships and maintaining the social media accounts
- Managing Operations Staff and keeping space tidy throughout the day
- Hosting events & planning
- Receiving incoming calls, email messages and re-directing them as required
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking and negotiation skills.
- Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media.
- Ability to handle English conversations, reading and writing.
- 0 - 2 years of work experience in student activities, any administrative jobs or business operations
- Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable
