Job Description
We are seeking a strong, adaptable and innovative Linux System Administrators with experience in open source, Linux, and networking infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks and identify possible solutions.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Troubleshoot support inquires, issues and outages.
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
- Provide phone support for web hosting services clients and answers help desk tickets inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of cPanel/WHM control panel.
- Thorough knowledge of Linux systems administration (Red Hat and CentOS preferred).
- Solid background in Web Services (Apache, nginx, PHP, etc.), MySQL and Exim.
- Ability to automate using scripts (e.g. Python, shell, etc.).
- An understanding of virtualization (e.g. VMware, Xen Server, and KVM).
- Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
- Must be comfortable in self-managed and team tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
- Good communication skills.
