Job Description
Secretarial work :
- Writing letters ,faxes,e-mails either in English or Arabic language .
- Handling customers' complaints and inquires .
- Monitoring incoming e mails &follow up customer inquiries.
- Follow up the quotations and the approvals sent by customers .
- Check maintenance cards & reports done by the engineers to know any notes taken .
- Manage daily maintenance report & follow up updates .
- Filling documents and keep attendance records.
- Arranging monthly attendance & overtime report .
- Follow up site employee attendance .
- Manage &organize employee's evaluation .
- Take responsibility of funds & incoming checks .
Job Requirements
- A Leading electrical contractor company in Mohandessin is hiring an executive secretary / office - Admin
- Education : Bachelor degree.
- Experience: 2-3 years in the same title .
- Age : Max 30 years old.
- Gender : Female.
- language : very good command in both written and spoken in English .
- Computer skills: Excellent use of MS.office .
- Days of work : 6 days a week .(from 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m
