Job Description
- Lead dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery bikes, tricycles, cars, vans, and trucks.
- Developing and maintain strong relationships with all Stars
- Acting as the first point of contact and front-line support for all our Stars resolving device issues, training matters, and other queries.
- Communicating with the star support team on all the daily issues.
- Ensuring our Stars follow the Bosta quality standards.
- Ensuring the timely scan at all the legs and updating in systems for movement.
- Responsible for any mismatch of shipments and all exception handling for shipments in transit and at the Hub.
- Ensuring same day shipping for all Bosta shipments with 100% adherence.
- Ensure that all the flagged tickets are solved due to the agreed SLA.
- Ensure the accuracy on sorting, Bagging, route creation and run sheets and also are done on time.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, alerting leaders to possible hazards.
- Ensuring a daily cycle count being done as per the SLA guidelines at the Hub.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good in English (Writing skills).
- Computer literate, Good knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft office.
- Very good communication skills.
- A quick mover who takes ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Work experience in warehouses and logistics companies is a must
