Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships
- Selling corporate products or services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling if necessary.
- Negotiation and planning for short and long term subscriptions.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe
- Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.
Job Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience
- GUC, AUC or MSA graduates are preferred
