Job brief:
We are looking for a Sales Manager who can manage the sales team, design and implement a strategic business plans that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.Who can also hit his sales target successfully and help his team to hit their target as well.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience.
- Has B2B “business to business” background at least 5 years.
- Experience in managing sales team 2-3 years.
- Managing capabilities “leadership skills”.
- Has a strong business planning capabilities.
- Sales skills.
- Capability for coaching and performance monitoring of sales.
