Job Description
- Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular Contact with all clients
- Help client to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
- Following up on client’s requests, ensure our clients are satisfied even after closing
- Achieving sales target and executing sales strategies
- Use negotiation tactics as well as sales skills to close property deals.
Job Requirements
- German Speaker is a must.
- Excellent English
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate industry ,
- Very Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel.
