Job Description
- Responsible for the planning, organizing, executing, monitoring, tracking and reporting of all activity as it relates to a Retail Accounts .
- Also responsible for driving sales and accomplishing goals by utilizing marketing platforms and building and maintaining business relationships.
- Analysis Accounts performance , set a sales plan.
- Planning for Quarterly and yearly promotions for the TOP Retail Accounts
- Planning and monitoring MKT Activities.
- Set Quarterly Retail Accounts Targets , Reviewing last Quarter Performance with Each Account and our Action Plan to Increase the in house Share
- Discussing New Lineups specs and prices with Product Manager.
- Weekly Meetings with the retail Accounts to follow up the Refill process, Transfer needed to keep the healthy stock.
- Set KPI’s for Floor Team and target per Each Showroom.
- Manage Floor Team and set a schedule for promoters and supervisors
- Real time market status and competitor’s status feedback.
- Checking Product Display & Merchandising, monitoring competitors Prices & Following up with the product Managers.
- Maintaining reports of sales analysis on monthly basis to identify the fast Moving stock and the aging Stock and work accordingly with the product manager to push out the aging inventory.
- Arranging Quarterly Technical training for the Accounts sales staff with the in order to maintain the most up to date Technical information.
- Ensuring compliance to company policies and business ethics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of degree
- Very good in English
- Experience : from 4 to 6 years
- At least 2 years in Supervisory level.
