Job Description
Main Duties:
- Support of sales processes via phone calls, emails, social media, face to face
- Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
- Follow up with customers on regular bases to confirm customer satisfaction
- Carrying out market research on how to address customers
- Preparation of sales reports and caparisons of competitors' offer conditions
- Coordinate with the sales engineer to set meetings and to achieve the goal of closing the sales process
Job Requirements
- Degree in business, marketing or any other related field
- Minimum one year of Experience in the low current field (Highly preferred).
- Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations
- Strong customer-orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work towards strict targets
- Appealing appearance on the phone
