Job Description
General Administrative Duties
- Prepare periodic reports regarding the function activities and achievements to be submitted to the Marketing Communication Manager.
- Assign a deputy/ in charge to carry out the responsibilities of the position whenever the need arises.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Marketing Communication Manager.
Technical Duties
- Implementing plans for the advertising and marketing of company products to raise the company’s market profile and increase sales through suppliers' membership, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
- Responsible for the coordination, follow-up and production of Bloom’s printed materials.
- Implement promotional packages and campaigns including the use of advertising material, SMS, website, blogs, newsletters and social media.
- Meets with appropriate sales or marketing representative to discuss communication needs.
- Reviews literature in the assigned marketing project, previous marketing materials used in the assignment area, and gathers materials from competitive companies in the field.
- Researches, writes, develops sketches of supporting graphics, and consults with printing firm representatives on the needs of the particular project. Presents recommendations to marketing manager or committee.
- Create and coordinate the production of marketing and/or promotional communications that may include print, electronic, new/emerging media and other collateral that is in accordance with the unit’s approved strategic marketing plan and objectives.
- Providing writing and editing support for client communication including promo materials, SMS, blogs, emails & news-letters to ensure marketing effectiveness and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Responsible for website content including overall positioning content and messaging.
- Respond to internal and external requests for the development and provision of promotional activities.
- Oversee the organization of promotional activities, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and within agreed budgets, to raise the profile of the company and increase sales.
- Review and edit the existing promotional material for marketing effectiveness and cross-selling implication and adherence to the brand guideline.
- Develop and maintain a stock of promotional material to be issued to company staff and customers.
- Develop ideas or plans for merchandise displays or window decorations.
- Obtain designs from designers or supplier representatives and follow through with their implementation.
- Consult with advertising or sales staff to determine the type of merchandise to be featured and time and place for each display.
- Plan commercial displays to entice and appeal to customers.
- Select themes, lighting, colors, or props to be used.
- Use computers to produce signage.
- Collaborate with others to obtain products or other display items.
- Arrange properties, furniture, merchandise, backdrops, or other accessories, as shown in prepared sketches.
- Take photographs of displays or signage.
- Store, pack, and maintain records of props and display items.
- Change or rotate window displays, interior display areas, or signage to reflect changes in inventory or promotion.
- Instruct sales staff in color coordination of counter displays.
- Arrange visits and hospitality for customers, vendors, referrers and others to promote the image of the company and its products.
- Responsible for events planning and management including the installation of booths, exhibits or displays, as guided by the floor plan of building or specifications.
- Attend training sessions to obtain new ideas for product launches.
- Initiate new ideas and initiatives to support BLOOM.
- Set, coordinate and implement Bloom’s marketing communications material and strategy.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Fully responsible for in-store digital signage.
- Supervise the visual merchandising.
- Work closely with designers and developers to ensure optimum results.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant Company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and activities.
- Set and implement the strategy for social media and digital advertising for online and offline business channels.

Minimum required education
- Bachelor degree in marketing.
- Previous experience in digital advertising
Language Proficiency
- Proficiency in the Arabic and English language is a must.
Minimum required Professional Experience
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related field
