Job Description
Main Duties:
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annually sales target values
- Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships
- Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of the product (s)
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified time frame.
- Performs collection activities as required
- Participates in continued education to learn about new product (s) and improved sales techniques
- Tracks personal sales statistics and submits them to Sales Manager for period reviews
- Completes proactive customer “good will” calls
- Responsible on some pre-sales activities
Job Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience as sales including 1-3 years of experience as sales team supervisor
- Experience in Sales and Marketing in pharmaceutical or medical Co. is a must
- Very good command of English language
- Have the ability to travel outside Egypt for short and long time
- Diploma and\or training courses in sales is preferable
- Care Owner is preferable
- Excellent presentation
