Qwerty Global Solutions Is Hiring Medical Reps:

• Conducting calls promptly and in a polite and professional manner.
• Engaging potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities.
• Use active listening skills to complete a thorough needs analysis with each patient and determine the most appropriate product.
• Ensuring patients are aware of the process.
• Negotiating sales and address any concerns of potential customers.
• Following the Quality rules, Script guidelines, and Asking question protocols.
• Documenting orders accurately.
• Keeping track of scheduled callbacks and follow ups.
• Maintaining a friendly, professional tone at all times.
• Staying informed about changes in product knowledge, products or services, and Changes in client requirements.
• Keeping records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Upsell products and services based on customer needs.
• Effective communication through verbal and written format with all members of departments

Working Conditions:

• Fixed Working Days (Mon-Fri).
• Fixed Days off (Sat & Sun).
• Fixed Working Hours (3:00 PM To 12:00 AM).
