Job Description
- The Dynamics Consultant is responsible for working on Dynamics NAV engagements including implementations, upgrades, training, functional design, support, documentation and professional client service.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Interact daily with clients and be involved in various short and long term client projects to implement, upgrade and support Dynamics NAV.
- Providing onsite and offsite consulting service
- Execute/Deliver Design Workshops
- Execute/Deliver User Acceptance Workshops
- Proactively identify, analyze, and respond to issues and risks
- Communicate updates and status to management
- Mentor and train consultants on best practices, project methodology and professional client service.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have experience in information technology, ERP Software, professional consulting and Dynamics NAV.
- This Consultant must have the ability to effectively apply and promote AFKAR implementation methodologies, and understand the needs of the client in order to provide exemplary consultative services and support both onsite and offsite.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent; Background in accounting, CPA is a plus
- 1+ years experience in software Implementations
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics products (NAV or, AX). Preferably NAV.
