Job Description
- Coach and supervise the financial team and set action plans and control procedures and take corrective actions when required
- Prepare financial reports to support decision-making process
- Provide financial advice to CFO and executive panel
- Develop plans and recommends policies and procedures for the proper financial control
- Ensures and formulate budgetary procedures and set milestone
- Review and verify the accounts payable and receivable
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Prepare Analysis reports evaluating the financial position
- Build a solid relationship our stakeholders
- Keep CFO oriented with work progression and development plans
Job Requirements
- 15 years' of experience among which, 5 years in a similar role
- Professional qualifications in Accounting/Finance (CPA,CMA, etc.)
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Leadership & Team management skills
- Business Acumen
- ERP system experience
