Job Description
- Organize, coordinate the company events as conferences, workshops, convoys, campaigns…..
- Forecast and report the budget of different events.
- Develop and write digital content and maintain content publishing on social media.
- Follow up with the advertising agencies for the marketing materials design, production, and execution.
- Working with the marketing head in the implementation of the marketing plans for all brands and all markets in which our company is operating.
- Analyze & present to the management all the campaigns & activities effects & achievements
- Propose new promotion plans, ideas and initiatives and discuss them with the marketing head.
- Communicate with all the vendors aboard to propose/discuss any marketing activity.- Design & develop collateral materials, artworks, visuals…etc.
- Coordinate and follow up tasks with stakeholders in different departments and externally.
- Prepare market/customer surveys, analyze the data, communicate results and take actions based on them.
- Attend all meetings and trainings scheduled by the company.
- Meet marketing department’s objectives and KPIs.
