Job Description
Essential Roles and Responsibilities (Not limited to):
- Provides visitors with reliable information regarding products.
- Maintains product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to visitors.
- Handles the flow of customers and visitors in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provides visitors feedback and/or any suggestions.
- Assists in visitors’ registration when required.
- Creates customers’ database
- Monitor visitor access and maintain safety awareness
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor degree
- 2 years of previous sales /customer service experience
- Microsoft Office literacy
