Job Description
- Plan, organize and manage company events as conferences, workshops, convoys, campaigns…..
- Forecast, manage and report the budget of marketing department.
- Manage and supervise the development of the digital content and maintenance of content publishing on social media.
- Follow up with the advertising agencies for the marketing materials design, production, and execution
- Analyze & present to the management all marketing department results and achievements.
- Propose new promotion plans, ideas and initiatives and discuss them with management.
- Communicate with all the vendors aboard to propose/discuss any marketing activity. - Design & develop collateral materials, artworks, visuals…etc
- Coordinate and follow up tasks with stakeholders in different departments and externally
- Prepare market/customer surveys, analyze the data, communicate results and take actions based on them.
- Maintain deals and negotiations with different suppliers.
- Attend all meetings and trainings scheduled by the company
- Manage, follow up and develop team members.
- Bring new ideas to promote and brand the company's image and its products and services.
- Maintain necessary PR initiatives with company's customers.
- Prepare and manage company's marketing plan and calendar according to company's annual strategies.
- Meet marketing department’s objectives and KPIs.
Job Requirements
