Job Description
Main duties & responsibilities
- Review daily out-standing reports and follow up shipping orders.

Communicate and coordinate customers’ orders with internal departments and Customer Service Manager.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
- Revise and provide customers with shipping documents.
- Document management of related shipping forms.
- Order and invoicing data entry
- Review the production plan with the plant.
- Tracking shipments to ensure on time delivery.
- Prepare required reports and invoices .
- Coordinate with the Sales team new and/or outstanding orders.
- Document management of related shipping documents.
- Prepare certificate of origin and receive packaging list to send to customers.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or relevant field.
- The ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.
- Computer skills – Excellent user of MS applications.
- 1-3 years of experience in back office sales and customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- SAP user is a must
- Ability to work well under pressure and work loads
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Time Management skills
