Job Description

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Review daily out-standing reports and follow up shipping orders.
  • Communicate and coordinate customers’ orders with internal departments and Customer Service Manager.

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
  • Revise and provide customers with shipping documents.
  • Document management of related shipping forms.
  • Order and invoicing data entry
  • Review the production plan with the plant.
  • Tracking shipments to ensure on time delivery.
  • Prepare required reports and invoices .
  • Coordinate with the Sales team new and/or outstanding orders.
  • Document management of related shipping documents.
  • Prepare certificate of origin and receive packaging list to send to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or relevant field.
  • The ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.
  • Computer skills – Excellent user of MS applications.
  • 1-3 years of experience in back office sales and customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • SAP user is a must
  • Ability to work well under pressure and work loads
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • CV’s must include a recent photo.
  • Gender - Male
