Job Description

  • Handle existing changes,requirements and retention existing customers.
  • Provide superior customer service and offer excellent advice to the customers in order to help them select the right hotel for their businesses travels.
  • Manage several on-going queries at once
  • Follow-up communications to provide additional details is sometimes necessary to make the sale.

Job Requirements

  • Must have fluent English.
  • Must be a hard worker.
  • Willing to start at the soonest.
  • Willing to work for fixed hours (From 3:00 PM -12:00 AM).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • 0-1 years’ experience in Telesales or Customer Service.
  • Flexible with no obligations.
  • Maximum age : 30 years.
  • Graduated to be preferable .
