Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Gather and clarify requirements for different vacancies
  • Source for talents using several recruiting channels
  • Organize and conduct interviews
  • Provide feedback to candidates
  • Ensure the high quality of the hiring process
  • Maintenance of candidates database
  • Work with recruitment agencies
  • Do labour market research

2. Onboarding. Organize of staff adaptation process
3. Training and development
4. Keep track of HR metrics, prepare reports
5. Other hr processes: performance estimation, transition etc

Job Requirements

  • Advanced level of English writing and speaking
  • Proactive and result-oriented
  • Good knowledge of different recruitment tools, HR practices
  • Highly responsible
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an IT company or IT recruitment agency
