Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Gather and clarify requirements for different vacancies
- Source for talents using several recruiting channels
- Organize and conduct interviews
- Provide feedback to candidates
- Ensure the high quality of the hiring process
- Maintenance of candidates database
- Work with recruitment agencies
- Do labour market research
2. Onboarding. Organize of staff adaptation process
3. Training and development
4. Keep track of HR metrics, prepare reports
5. Other hr processes: performance estimation, transition etc
Job Requirements
- Advanced level of English writing and speaking
- Proactive and result-oriented
- Good knowledge of different recruitment tools, HR practices
- Highly responsible
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an IT company or IT recruitment agency
