Job Description
The Internal Medicine specialist will be responsible for:
- Diagnose, Manage and treat common health problems, as well as serious, chronic, and complex illnesses.
- Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patient.
- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, family history, lifestyle and examination results.
- Provide care mainly for adults who have a wide range of problems associated with the internal organs, specially chronic diseases.
- Treat internal disorders, chronic diseases or disorders.
- Prescribe medications or supplements, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness or disease.
- Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Internal medicine specialist with masters degree and minimum 2 years of experience.
- Candidate must show proof of previous out patient work experience.
- Understands the value of care provision and that medicine is an art that starts with greeting the patient and building a relationship.
- Candidate must show proof of continuing education and knowledge enhancement, not just through CMEs but travel and different reads
- Candidate must aspire for a career at Revive Medical, cherishing long term relationships and passion in what they do.
- Agreeing to practice only at Revive Medical as an outpatient facility (You are allowed to work as a part time in hospitals or universities).
- To know that each person working at Revive is also responsible for customer service and has an eye for details, example if you are a practitioner who saw something set up wrong in the exam room or the corridor, speak up! We complete each other.
- Background in integrative/functional medicine is a plus.
