Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Front Desk Responsibilities

  • Answers and transfers incoming telephone calls/Fax or takes and delivers messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc
  • Open tickets for maintenance calls.

Administration responsibilities

  • Supervise the office boys work
  • Responsible for the meeting room and showroom (booking schedule)
  • Handle mails in and out (DHL, Aramex, etc.) insure delivery of mail to specified persons.
  • Follow up on Technical visit’s schedule.
  • Filing and archiving of project’s documents.
  • Follow up ongoing tasks with other departments, Finance, HR, Marketing, …etc.

Personnel responsibilities

  • Make orientation for newly hired employees, giving them knowledge about office place.

Job Requirements

Education:Bachelor degree in any discipline

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Report writing abilities
  • High typing speed (Arabic & English)
  • Very Good usage of Excel, Win Word and Power Point, and database software.
  • Good Command of English both spoken and written
