Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front Desk Responsibilities
- Answers and transfers incoming telephone calls/Fax or takes and delivers messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc
- Open tickets for maintenance calls.
Administration responsibilities
- Supervise the office boys work
- Responsible for the meeting room and showroom (booking schedule)
- Handle mails in and out (DHL, Aramex, etc.) insure delivery of mail to specified persons.
- Follow up on Technical visit’s schedule.
- Filing and archiving of project’s documents.
- Follow up ongoing tasks with other departments, Finance, HR, Marketing, …etc.
Personnel responsibilities
- Make orientation for newly hired employees, giving them knowledge about office place.
Job Requirements
Education:Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skills & Knowledge:
- Report writing abilities
- High typing speed (Arabic & English)
- Very Good usage of Excel, Win Word and Power Point, and database software.
- Good Command of English both spoken and written
