Job Description
- Supervise the discharging of received bulk raw materials.
- Supervise the preparation of intermediate raw materials.
- Acting on the production process, step by step, as per Production Formula Cards and work instructions.
- Analyzing raw materials, intermediates, final products and utility water according to standard plans.
- Adjustment of finished products specification according to Q.C analysis Reports and under the supervision of Prod. Manager and PSH.
- Issuing, maintaining and recording the Q.C reports of raw materials, intermediates, final products and drumming samples.
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of work instructions inside the production department.
- To take all the required actions that are necessary in the emergency cases (runaway reaction, poor quality and etc…)
- To supervise the Production Operators during their working shifts.
- To arrange with Store Keepers the discharging of finished products to the available storage tanks.
- To follow up the charging of final products to the truck.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Chemistry.
