Job Description
The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting visual marketing and service line needs by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under strict deadlines. This position collaborates with the Marketing team to execute the strategic vision of special projects, pitches/presentations and property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners and broader Service Delivery teams.
We are seeking an intelligent and motivated Graphic Designer to work to support cross-functional teams in delivering strategically effective creative to a diverse mix of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create infographics, newsletter templates, and online and print campaign ads.
- Experience with digital design and traditional advertising
- Create print materials such as program brochures, retractable banners, recruitment posters, employee engagement materials, product sheets, internal documents, PowerPoint presentations, etc
- Assist in the planning and developing of advertising campaigns
- Support all efforts of the creative team
- Other design tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, web design, or related discipline.
- 1 or more years of experience in graphic design
- Highly motivated self-starter used to agile and fast-paced work environments
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual, executional, and creative ability across multiple media
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS Suite
- Working knowledge of digital and social media design
- After affect knowledge is advantage
