Job Description

  • Assist and support managers and director in the daily tasks.
  • Communicate with local and international clients in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Conduct technical research and analysis.
  • Prepare any documentation needed by staff.
  • Participate in translation tasks from Arabic into English and vice versa.
  • Conduct in marketing and sales tasks to support the sales team achieving their targets.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Manage data entry tasks (such as websites, database systems, Social Media, etc.) and usual updates.
  • Work with both internal staff and external customers to provide any support they are qualified to give.
  • Prepare error free reports, memos, letters and legal documents
  • Conduct HR tasks such as but not limited to: responsible for all candidates interviewing database (saving, screening, categorizing, updating)
  • Special projects and other duties as requested

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (technical degrees are preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • English good writing and grammar skills.
  • Expert in handling sensitive and confidential material in a responsible manner.
  • Well-organized and detail oriented and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, initiative and Self-motivated.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Collecting and interpreting data.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Social Media platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and web surfing.
