Job Description
- Assist and support managers and director in the daily tasks.
- Communicate with local and international clients in person, by phone, and via email.
- Conduct technical research and analysis.
- Prepare any documentation needed by staff.
- Participate in translation tasks from Arabic into English and vice versa.
- Conduct in marketing and sales tasks to support the sales team achieving their targets.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Manage data entry tasks (such as websites, database systems, Social Media, etc.) and usual updates.
- Work with both internal staff and external customers to provide any support they are qualified to give.
- Prepare error free reports, memos, letters and legal documents
- Conduct HR tasks such as but not limited to: responsible for all candidates interviewing database (saving, screening, categorizing, updating)
- Special projects and other duties as requested
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (technical degrees are preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience.
- English good writing and grammar skills.
- Expert in handling sensitive and confidential material in a responsible manner.
- Well-organized and detail oriented and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, initiative and Self-motivated.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Collecting and interpreting data.
- Experience with Photoshop, Social Media platforms and tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and web surfing.
