Job Description
- Assist the organization in areas such as team development, strategic planning, leadership development, organizational redesign, and change management
- Develop best practices for successful leadership values and characteristics for strategic planning
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals
- Administer targeted development programs for high potential leaders within the organization
- Create competency models
- Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes
- Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals
- Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting
- Create effective strategic planning methods
- Recommend training and development systems
- Create definitions of desired individual or group performance
- Develop and implement manager and staff development programs that support the organization’s succession plan
Job Requirements
- 6-8 years of related experience
- BSc in Business Administration or similar field
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English language.
- Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- 6th October resident is preferable
