About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Assistant to the General Manager to provide him with the necessary administrative support, assist with sales tasks and perform related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Personal Assistant to the General Manager
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential clients
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide them with continuous updates about their orders' status.
- Co-ordinate with company departments in the processing of all customers’ needs.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Make travel arrangements
- Translation of texts from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Monitor office supplies
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
- Fluent English language is a must
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
