Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
The scope of the position will be including but not limited to

Managing import and export operations including managing our agents on daily basis to make sure logistics operations are working as designated.
Follow up with suppliers about purchased orders,
Revise shipping docs and follow up with related responsible to prepare needed forms for clearance purpose.
Request, evaluate and negotiate offers for import, export, and customs clearance.
Managing domestic shipping/distribution to our key customers in Egypt.
Negotiating inland distribution contracts and getting best deal.
Following up to register dispatched products on SAP system, and finalize delivery notes on system on daily basis.

Technical Skills:

Hands on experience in import/export and customs clearance process.

Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the logistics department of a manufacturing company
