Job Description
One of the biggest export companies in Egypt located in Sheikh Zayed is now hiring hyperactive and hard worker female to work as an "Office Manager" to be responsible of the following:
- Organizing meetings and managing databases
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organizing company events or conferences
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
you'll be shortlisted if you perfectly matched the following criteria:
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Giza residents are preferable "Dokki-Zamalek-MOhandseen-Haram-October"
- Excellent English
- Professional level of Communication
