Job Description
- Responsible for developing, updating and ensuring that all human resources activities, processes and procedures are applied correctly in all Naseej branches.
- Implement the application of the performance appraisal system effectively and according to the specified time plan and specific criteria of evaluation.
- Analyzes the results of performance appraisal and preparing its reports.
- Preparing the job analysis Questionnaire to update the job description cards.
- Develop job descriptions with departments' heads for all the company positions and Specifications.
- Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interviewing applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments
- Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions and duty statements
- Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, superannuation, leave and training, and prepare associated HR reports
- Use a number of management information systems to record, maintain, plan and manage the organization's human resources
- Organize employee welfare services such as health programs, first aid and fire warden training and social activities
- Deal with Governmental Authorities in all the Labor Related Issues as Labor Office, Social insurance Authority and Tax Authority.
- Confirm all the Health and Safety Procedures for the Company's Offices.
- On board and New Comers Orientation and Welcoming Presentations.
- Any Other Related HR tasks and functions.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Administration Major or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 Years’ Experience in related Field preferred software background.
- HR Diploma or certificate is highly preferable.
- Excellent in English Language Speaking, Writing and listening
- Expert in Software Recruitment.
