Job Description
- Prepare all work schedules for employees making sure that everyone is on his\ her duty at all times the pool is open.
- Hold monthly training & safety meetings for all employees under his/her direct supervision.
- Maintain staff rotations and staff breaks
- Maintain discipline at the swimming pool facility and supervises all staff enforcing staff policies and rules.
- Handle first aid problems
- Responsible for hiring and retaining of his\her stuff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Physical education.
- 5-7 Years of experience in the same field.
